Refunds and Exchanges
If you return an item within fourteen days of delivery in good condition we will be happy to refund the original price of your item or send you an exchange. This does not affect your statutory rights. Simply complete the returns form included with your order and send it back to us with the unwanted item. We regret that postage, packing and insurance cannot be refunded.

Trade Description Act
We have worked hard to ensure that the colour photography at Kelly’s Eye is as accurate as possible, but slight variations may occur. We pursue a policy of continual improvement and reserve the right to amend colours, designs and specifications without notice.

Where required and appropriate our toys comply with Brititsh and European Toy Safety Regulations and where appropriate carry the CE mark.
